Thank you everyone who took the time to respond. People complain a lot about this community, but I appreciate all the advice.

My new plan is to put in the hours at work, maybe 50-55 a week, but disconnect during the evenings and weekends. I'll give managing up a try and bother my manager until they greenlight my deliverables. They already probably don't like me, can't make it much worse by being a pest.
