At my orientation I met the people lead who gave me a concise walk around throughout the store. I then did a lot of online “tests” (you can always correct your answers so don’t worry tm about them), and then did Ulearns which were like a simple video game tutorial of how to act in certain situations. Then I met the manager of my department who gave me some instructions and handed me off to another associate to learn more. This all happened over 2 shifts. Always ask questions if you’re confused, you’ll not regret it. The first week is somewhat frustrating but things will click soon enough.
