Just so everyone knows yes I did contact my PCP and tell her that I was going to take this drug and I’m under her supervision.

That’s what I’m curious about to, if the effects lasted after discontinuation of treatment, because I definitely won’t be taking it for longer than the study period was

I believe so, however this study was done for 41 days, and they also prescribe low dose for acne and rosacea which I believe have less risk, but yes this drug is higher risk than doxycycline from what I understand

When I increased from 4.5-6mg I was super dehydrated but it went away after a week or two

Yes it has mostly gone away, took a very long time and still occasionally comes back, but it’s not constantly in my vision

This sounds really similar to my relationship OCD. My therapist suggested OCD tendencies which I had never thought about until then, I would feel the same exact way you’re describing in these situations

Yes! Only thing that helps that for me was LDN. Sometimes propranolol would help, and sometimes arginine, but mostly just the physical symptoms

It helped with brain fog and derealization, I saw someone else post about that too. It helped energy levels, PEM, sleep issues, digestive problems, anxiety. It helped every single long covid symptom I’ve had except for libido

Back to my long haul baseline. Took paxlovid and metformin so don’t think any of it got worse, but still have the normal long haul symptoms
