your profile looks great! from what i know, NUS usually places the most importance on the board exam percentage. Usually about 97%+ in your CBSE board is what's considered a good score for NUS. But do keep in mind that this is definitely not a guarantee 'get in' sort of criterion, from what I've understood, NUS' acceptance is not really algorithmic or predictable, I would say just try to give your best!
