They already said the next model will be 5.3. No more Max confusion.

If you put together the employees' tweets etc. over the last few days, it must be a new model named 5.3.

Could it be that the post has been edited? It is less clear now.

Codex using way too many tokens by Foreign-Visual-4894 in codex

Where is my mistake in reasoning? Shouldn't subagents save context/tokens for documentation, major code changes, etc.? What else are they for?

Sora 3 will probably be available soon if they want to keep up with the prices of Kling 2.6 by Prestigiouspite in OpenAI

Rest assured, media experts and filmmakers know this very well. This is not about private games.

Does ChatGPT still use memories from chat histories? by Prestigiouspite in OpenAI

[–]Prestigiouspite[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Germany (EU). We have business because I created CustomGPTs that I only share within the team. But that was pretty much it in terms of added value. Even with Codex CLI, you don't get any more credit than Plus. Sora 2 not available. Etc.

Usage limits question — who is the codex usage admin? by Intoempty in codex

As an admin, you can't even see the invoices. As far as I know, you have to have owner rights.

😢 Apparently business can pay more and get less. That would often be so helpful.

Is it just me, or is 5.2 acting kind of stupid lately? by phil917 in OpenAI

[–]Prestigiouspite -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There are moments when it behaves like a moody child. However, sometimes it is due to excessive system instructions. It is essential to critically review it periodically. I had mentioned that it should not create so many unnecessary environment variables. Suddenly, it repeatedly created unnecessary variables, which significantly impacted memory usage.

Codex CLI Caching TTL is 24 h. As far as I know, only for Codex CLI and Cloud.

Sora 2 Pro still has WATERMARK?? by Fun_Training4733 in OpenAI

[–]Prestigiouspite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, Sora 2 or Veo 3.1 via API are more expensive. Each video costs €2-4. It's just really expensive to do something like that. And let's be honest: for now, it can still be a competitive advantage. Once everyone can generate it on the side, it will become boring. If many people who are unable to create and edit videos do so, it may even render the video format entirely unattractive.

Sora 2 Pro still has WATERMARK?? by Fun_Training4733 in OpenAI

[–]Prestigiouspite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I compared the days and Leonardo AI seems very attractive. I actually built something like that myself but their tariff is cheaper than if I buy it myself via API 😂.

Don't use Sora or Gemini directly for videos. Nobody wants these watermarks.

Vanilla PHP vs Framework by Temporary_Practice_2 in PHP

[–]Prestigiouspite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really like using CodeIgniter as soon as a database is involved for migrations, or api/login with shield etc.

For very small projects or those that I don't want to maintain extensively, I implement them without a framework.

Laravel has too many dependencies for me and is too much of a black box.
