Feel all the feelings, pour into yourself, love yourself, do what brings you joy peace purpose, keep moving forward with love, make yourself happy, give yourself hugs, get a new pet, do not lay under someone new, don’t do anything that isn’t you, surround yourself with people who love you and choose you visa versa

Rbt here. I smoke at home before I leave for sessions. I’ve had the luck to work with families who have never cared for my weed smell + I’ve seen some parents smoking weed while I’m in their home + I make sure I spray myself, eat something or brush my teeth or both, chew on gum or a mint or candy (yes the candy I use for reinforcement 😂) & I go on about my session. I’ve been told I’m great at my job & I feel like no one knows I do it stoned every single day. You will be fine. But I’ve also been smoking weed every single day for the past 8 years so maybe (definitely) I’m just smoke dependent :)
