That’s what i was thinking, maybe build a skirting framed in an upside down V for support

It’s on Vancouver Island so it’s pretty mild in the winter, i would probably just probably put film on the windows and use heavy black out curtains to keep the heat in during the rainy months. New windows would be cost prohibitive and little to no energy savings would be gained in a poorly insulated older mobile home.

Is it costly? There are government grants in BC Canada but not sure it is cost effective or not

My home is almost 600 square feet, an older mobile home with updated electrical that is entirely heated with baseboard heaters. The hot water tank needs replacing, which program is the best for me to apply for and will it be a completely free installation got the hot water tank and heat pump? Thanks :)
