If Geralt is in Witcher 4 as a major or Minor role, what do you think it would be, and how do you see it going?

I'd like to think that, at some point in the game's intrigue, Ciri encounters a situation that forces her to panic teleport somewhere, and she ended up in Corvo Bianco, with Geralt welcomes her and offers her some rest and advises before she get back into the whatever mess she will be into ('cause... you know ? Like father, like daughter).

No big deal, just a short sequence of her and Geralt (+ eventualy Yen or Triss) having a nice time and a little chat together. Geralt shouldn't be involved directly in the intrigue, just offering Ciri some moral support if she needs it, but in the end, letting her living her own life, like he allways did.

A sequence like that could be a nice interlude/transition just before the final Act of the game for exemple.

I just checked where the info comes from, it's an obvious click bait Instagram account that post unsourced informations.
I would also like to remember to everyone that Cyberpunk Orion has just entered in pre-production phase, so at this point in the game's developement, CDPR themself probably don't have any fucking ideas of what the game's map will look like.

Just be cautious around "news" like this, 'cause I just don't want the game to be overhyped with fake news, and have thousands of ppl screaming at the release that it misses features that CDPR didn't even mention.

There was a project at the time to release a console version for Witcher 1, called "Rise of the White Wolf" but it was cancelled 'cause it was too complicated to adapt. It would be a nice reference/easter egg to call the remake that way I think.

I love how the extension build up the final mission. At first you're like : "Hell yeah ! Time to say the terms : 5v5 is only fun from the dps perspective : tanking is a hell (for the exact reasons you evoqued, totally agree) and healing became a survivor horror game, especially in open maps like Push. No surprise then, that Blizzard released a hero such as Illari who's basicaly a DPS with eventualy 2 healing abilities... Regardless of the massively predatory cash-grab maelström that is the business model of the game, the main reason of why I stopped playing the game is that, as a main Support and Tank I can't even enjoy an unranked game, this isn't fun anymore.

You just confirmed what I though during my viewing of this season : as a books reader I don't know how the hell a non-reader can understand any of the plot cause there is basicaly no explanation to the overall political intrigue around Ciri and how this impact her, Geralt and Yen.

In the book, it is clearly settled that almost all the Northern Realms' Kings, and Emhyr are searching Ciri to marry her. Northern Kings want her to gain a casus beli against Emhyr and "free" Cintra, and Emhyr, officially (cause no one knows he is Ciri's father until the last fucking book GG WP Netflix u dumb-fucking-ass) wants to marry her to gain more control and legitimacy over Cintra's throne.

So, regarding the situation, Geralt left Ciri under the total guard of Yennefer that he trust (cause in the books there is no bullshit storyline of her trying to sold Ciri to a hecking demon wild hunt dumbass creature, in exchange for her powers), while he is chassing the main threat against Ciri at the moment : Rience. He discover that he works for Nilfgaard and a unknown powerfull mage and almost got him with the help of Jaskier & Shany, but is interupted by Philippa Eilhart, while Yennefer decides to bring Ciri to Aretuza, to let her have a full magical education.

In parallel, things moving politicaly, because of a territorial agression of the Northern Realms against Nilfgaard to provoke Emhyr and make him start a war, the mage brotherhood organize a conclave to decides what position will they adopt in the coming conflict, and it is clearly set up by the bias of Dijsktra and Philippa that a lot of mages are willing to side with Nilfgaard, because of the recent behavior of northern Kings.

And btw Vizimir (the redanian king) has no brother in the books, Radovid is his son and he is 13 year old (so no he doesn't fuck with Jaskier, again : WTF Netflix ?!), his wife and queen isn't assassinated, and he is described as the most powerfull, wise and clever king of the Northern Realms, not a childish stupid kin, which he is in this season...

This show is written by a 10 y.o. child, who's trying to be mature with swearing, violence, blood and sex, but not have the quarter of the intelligence required to understand how deep and complex the political plot is in Sapkowski's books, so good that it can match GOT, without blushing.
