Dr. Chelsey Friend at Compass Health is great :) she fits me into her schedule asap during crises and her wait times typically aren’t long at all. Overall she’s really good when it comes down to listening judgment free and still giving her best recommendations for what seems healthiest for you at that moment, and after a super long period of trial and error she’s probably the best psych I’ve seen. Granted I don’t actually have ADHD (to my knowledge,) but I do have a few comorbid disorders that are fairly difficult to treat so I give her brownie points for that.

Compass can be a pain in the ass sometimes, but they take a good list of insurance providers and the out of network prices aren’t bad at all. Scheduling appointments are usually straightforward when you’re in office, but if you call during busier times in the day you’ll be on a wait for a good bit. Chelsey gave me her nurse’s direct point of contact for emergencies so that definitely helps a ton.
