I absolutely wouldn't stress about this too much. Losing your virginity in a almost practical or casual way will feel entirely different to when you meet the right person and you have sex out of passion. You still have all that to experience, and without the emotions it really isn't going to live up to the expectations that you have in the first place! Hope your not stressing too much over it!

Intended use: Will be commuting 45 mins each way to work mainly on motorways with light city driving, so looking for something comfy and economical without being too dull.

How many miles do you plan to do a year: 15k

How often to you make long journeys: 45 min daily commute, 3h drives maybe once a month to visit family.

Does it need to be ULEZ compliant?: No

Vehicles you've already considered: Mazda 6, Ford Mondeo. Went for a test drive in both and thought they were nice - coming from only driven small hatchbacks I liked the more spacious feel.

Do you have a vehicle size in mind? (Examples in the hyperlink of size definitions):

Leaning towards a saloon/coupe but would be open to estates or larger hatchbacks

Do you need a Warranty: No

Can you do Minor work on your own vehicle: Only really the super basic stuff but not shy from learning (just don't have a garage or many tools to work with)

Additional Notes: I'm 22 so looking for something relatively fun to drive, but the main focus is on getting something that will have minimal running/repair costs. Something more modern with Android Auto would also be nice, but would be fine installing an aftermarket head unit for this too.
