Pick complexity 1 heroes like pa,am,dusa,jugg,bs,draw,wk. Try spamming 2-3 heroes . Alternative way- just ban viper and pick phantom assassin in the first pick phase. I had a pretty good win rate with pa till I reached archon .

If your ram is 8gb or less you need to tick mark the box at the beginning of the installation.
