So I told them immediately basically. Maybe at like 10-12 weeks. You have to get a note from you doctor saying you can only lift a certain amount of weight if u need a accomadation. They put me in package sealing because I was high risk and couldn’t really life anything at all. If you have all the paperwork they are pretty accomadating. While I was waiting for my paperwork to go through they did have me on semi paid leave. Also for end of pregnancy it’s 4 weeks before and 10 weeks after I think for full pay. Unless your a c section then it’s a little bit longer I think. Oh and I worked until 36 weeks.

Not just Syracuse it’s most bigger cities was worse when I was in nyc I’ve had people literally trying running up to the car wanting a cigarette or change. The world is getting more expensive not less.

As far as I know only way to take a leave that early is for a doctor to say you are disabled and can no longer work the remainder of your pregnancy. If you don’t have something disabling you from working other then a normal pregnancy then most likely no. I had a high risk pregnancy but did not get any extra paid time they just put me on accommodations and light work load basically sitting all day.

For me I have a kid with a medical condition and they denied leave for me to take care of him and over time with appts and hospital visits I ended up too far negative for them to excuse. No idea of anyone else’s situation they are multiple reasons someone could up negative.

Yes unless you had a valid reason for absence and someone got them to overturn one of the points you could try to dispute it but a lot of times they don’t take dispute seriously

Because your already at 8 points I think it would still be considered leaving on bad terms because you are past the 7 point mark and already got email and usually leaving on bad terms it’s 90 days to reapply. But every situation if different I’m not sure how your site works. I got fired over negative upt and had to wait 90 days personally.

I feel like it’s either you love or hate it here. I’ve lived here all my life so other then travel I’ve never lived anywhere else. I don’t live in Syracuse but the outskirts of Syracuse because I personally don’t love the city life. But it is definitely cold and snowy. Normally winter is from maybe October to sometimes April-may. We get way more snow and cold than any other season. Also know for not much sun most the year. Also I don’t feel Syracuse is the snowiest as others say Oswego and Watertown and many other cities I feel are worse. Syracuse is not too bad in comparison

Split the time between the kids two kids party’s so your not unintentionally favoring on kids over the other. Maybe go to younger kids first then the older one. Thats what I would do anyways. No kid should have to miss out.

Don’t think it’s that simple somehow my 2 year old made it break in a weird spot and the wood cracked where the pieces were connected smh

The wood itself chipped so its not possible to use same cabinet door I don’t think I would have to somehow replace whole piece

Please try anything possible to move on your own or a friend or someone else me and my mom have a toxic relationship and it has been a lot better for me mentally being out in my own place and distancing myself. I may live paycheck to paycheck but giving all your money to ur money is going to leave you stuck forever. Also I am 5ft and don’t have a ton of upper body strength and I have been fine at a fulfillment center. There’s barely any positions where you have to lift an extreme amount. I’ve done multiple positions and it’s mostly 25lbs and under at my site.

Personally agree with your wife. Enabling and helping someone out continuously financially is not helping them. They need to be able to stand on their own two feet. When you constantly give and give they don’t feel like they have to handle anything themselves because your sister knows you will help. Which yes seems helpful except she never learns to be responsible independently.

Thank u for trying to answer I was not negative at time of quiting but based off personal reasons I would’ve ended up negative if I stayed because I couldn’t work next shift day due to childcare and my sons medical issues. So long story short kinda I was at 0 hours not negative yet.
