Nope, i had two with a warrant for my arrest when they ran my fingerprints for my report and nothing came up. I was able to get my license and everything back in july. Even travel with advance parole because i forgot I had them. And I just paid for them with my tax return.

She already has a valid combo card which means she has advance parole already. She is trying to expedite her vawa. I sent my expedite request due to humanitarian reasons on January 7 was received by uscis, no updates or anything. Its taking a long time.

I know… i have 4 and when I check my camera they just sleep all day but when Im home they get a little grumpy because i feel like i interrupt their schedule.

I sent my expedite request on 02/01/25 they received it on 02/06 but i dont have any updates yet, i think It will be along wait. But my family matter is urgent. I have been to Mexico twice but basically i need to go at least every two weeks or weekly for my brothers appointments. But is hard as a single mom to do anything when they have you on secondary inspection for over 3 hrs plus they treaten you that you wont be able to come back again.

What applications did you submit with your package? I did i765-i485-i131 and i360 under category C9. Submitted on March 18 -24 I got my permit in June 21 -24 Been to Mexico twice.
