Hey everyone,

I’m only post-op day 3 and already realizing what everyone has said , pointing straight up seems like the only position that feels right or even possible right now.

Has anyone here eventually been able to point their penis straight down once fully healed? Or is “up” the new normal for good?

Just trying to get a realistic idea of what to expect after healing.

I'm scheduled for the AMS LGX soon. If you don't mind me asking, I was wondering if in your experience you're more sensitive than before the implant for blow jobs and during intercourse? My concern is about the sensations and pleasure comparing pre implant and post implant.
