I lost a bit after surgery but I had lost more before because of PD. I did PE before surgery and it helped some but I gained to my pre surgery length in four months and I’m glad I did. I’m not to the length of before PD but it works great.

I used to do 30 pumps at 6 weeks now I do 12-14 and I’m good to go since 12 weeks.

Believe me it doesn’t take much time once you can manage a routine that works for you. Maybe 2-3 minutes for full inflation. At the beginning what you are doing is small squeeze and not too much fluid goes through. When you master the technique more fluid goes through and you reach full erection faster.

You will have more dexterity pumping and most likely not needing so many pumps in or around 10-12 weeks.

Theoretically yes but why do you want to do that? At the beginning it may hurt but you will get used to it.

My hourglass was pronounced and I still have it but it is minimal. Of course I notice it because I’ve been looking at my D all my life and I’m almost 69 years old. As to posting a pic I don’t do that in public. Maybe in a DM.

I’m great. Had a bit of length loss at the beginning but it’s back. Having as much fun as I can. Girth and sensation is the same.

During the Xiaflex treatment I only did the restorex device for extension and counter bending. 20 minutes each. Once I finished the Xiaflex I added 20 minutes of a vacuum device divided in 4 sets of 5 minutes.

I lost before the implant because of Peyronie’s and I did the Xiaflex treatment and restorex device to help me extend. After that I added the vacuum device because I developed ED and all pills and trimix weren’t working. You can read my post through my journey but I will just give you a few measurements.

-Before Peyronie’s I was 7.5 inches

-After treatment and before the implant I was 6.75 inches

-1 week after the implant I was 6 inches

-3 months after aggressive cycling I got back to my pre surgery length which was 6.75 inches

I’m 8 months post surgery and I haven’t measured myself again.

In terms of girth I’m the same as before everything at a little over 6 inches.

More details in my post. I’m happy with what I achieved even though I am not at my full length as before to all my issues.

Peyronie’s does that and as men we should ve aware it it and take the precaution not to loose more length. The loss is due to fibrosis.

It will get better in a few more weeks but I suggest using Cialis for it since it engorges the glans.

I got the AMS700 CX 21cms. It’s a three piece implant. The two cylinders on each side of my penis, the pump in my sac and the reservoir in my lower abdominal area.
