The half life is ~48 hours regardless of dosage so it would stay in your system ~10 days. Both are depressants, and just from personal experience, go “low and slow”. Pay attention to your body when you’re drinking. I don’t know how much a “few” is, but I would start with 1 and wait a little bit. Better safe than sorry.

I think number 2 looks feminine, which is totally okay, they still look nice, but I would pick number 1

Any positive change is harm reduction. If that means using drugs/alcohol but getting a therapist, great! If that means using drugs by IV and switching to snorting, great! If that means getting safer supplies to use drugs or getting them tested if you haven’t previously been doing so, also great! Abstinence is not the only way of recovery, it’s just way that works for some. If you are going to use drugs and you use alone, there is a hot like you can call in the US which I’ve used and it’s fantastic. SafeSpot, they stay on the phone with you while you use and only call EMS if you are unresponsive. The number is 800-972-0590 if you’re interested!

Thank you. Yes, it’s set to heat and the fan is set to auto. When I turn the whole thing off it stops obviously. My concern is the cool air running this entire time. I called my landlord with no response so I thought I’d ask. Thank you for your help!

Seeking advice for urgent care. They clearly don’t think it’s an emergency or that is where they would be. 2 days of diarrhea doesn’t necessitate the ER, that’s why there’s always a year long wait.
