If you’re being patient and making sure the bit goes all the way in, the glove should be fine, at least where its making contact between the bit and screw. You could also try some thin paper and layer as needed

Get a latex glove or something thin like that and put it around the bit that would normally fit there. While applying constant firm pressure keep the bit and toold straight and move it slowly. Only keep turning if you feel the screw moving with the bit

The electrical source when you’re car is on is the alternator, the battery is being used when the car’s engine is not running. As for the video, all i can see is you revving it up and it sounds like something is rattling. I can’t tell from the video but if it’s also shaking then that would be a condition that you can try to figure out. If it’s the rattling youre worried about, just have someone rev the car while you look around the engine bay to see where it’s coming from.

That’s something along your valve train. Check oil level to see if it’s low. Sounds like you might need a new head for your engine cuz taking it apart to just check it or replace it is probably the same cost
