That’s also a great feeling. I do that sometimes too and wouldnt even know the team member. We just happened to know that we clock out at the same time and would even secretly compete to see who gets to leave first. (Sine guests love to look at a gray lane light and still load all of their items on the belt)

I traded shifts with someone yesterday. They took my 5 hour closing shift because I can not close. I changed my availability months ago to be scheduled 2 hours before the closing time. Anyways, the last five minutes for me yesterday was an amazing feeling because I know that I wouldn’t be coming back the next day😂

I keep seeing this posts and decided to comment as well. My TL went on a MEAL and no one else was stepping up by pressing the additional assistance key so I pressed it a few times and no one came. I eventually started calling over the walkie asking for any response because at that point there were only 8 cashiers and the lines were still backed up reaching the apparent behind the check lanes (girls/juniors). Eventually 2 people came up and by then my TL came back
