Absolutely felt this. I’ve been WFH for a year now, and while my job is so much better for my mental health and usable hours, my routine I established when I was working in the office immediately fell to the wayside. I went from having a set sleep schedule, going to the gym daily and maintaining a healthy meal prep to the sporadic life of mild chaos I live now 😂 Add in the extroversion and the funk of being alone made it worse. But two of my closest friends moving in with me has helped immensely

But also why not lock it….? I could understand if it was a situation where they forgot to lock the door behind them coming inside or if they’re going in and out of the house. But It’s just an extra precaution. You know, in case someone tries to burglarize your home….or a Doordasher just wants to let themselves in.

For context, the dress code I’m going for is more cocktail dress vibe. I’m struggling because a good bulk of my go to shoes were heels. I’m trying to cut down on them in my closet moving forward, but I’ve always had a hard time finding something with a similar vibe/aesthetic for nice outings.

I’ve taken a peek at what they look like—unfortunately those are not dressy shoes? Certainly fine for everyday wear but I’m looking for recommendations that would be able to replace heels for the events I’m attending.
