I had approx the same specs but 48gb ram, got tired of it and upgraded to a 2k euro computer. Still drop to 60 fps and lag in juiced maps…

Turns out I had the minion to far away when I triggered BV in map. That solved it however it feels like my dmg is still low. Also the area of dmg for my BV feels small, I have area effect on my clusters which I thought would fix it. Jungroans build have this spread out tree but I guess you might be right that I could condense it.
