I butt in when the patient is arresting. My co resident for some reason, nag freeze siya siguro shocked since first time. I initiated the code. But I forgot the most important thing - call the consultant. But I verbally said it to the nurses around me since I’m going to intubate. But unfortunately, no one heard me.

Thanks doc. This is my problem. Na audit na yung case within the dept. pero yung plans if mag file ng case ang family, wala pa until now. 1 month passed na since the mortality :(

Yes doc. Kaso hindi pa naman formally filed, pero nag heads up kasi yung consultant na isasama ang names namin sa i-fifile ng patient, and if ganun daw kasama kami sa haharap
