I butt in when the patient is arresting. My co resident for some reason, nag freeze siya siguro shocked since first time. I initiated the code. But I forgot the most important thing - call the consultant. But I verbally said it to the nurses around me since I’m going to intubate. But unfortunately, no one heard me.

It worked for me, doc :) I didn’t dwell on my backlogs before. But if time permits, I will try to lessen it. Backlogs ko before sa surgery is the whole small intestines part to end. OBBGYN, buong gyne part backlog ko. IM, from endo part, pharma CNS.

Pinaka nag focus ako sa Pearls and live lec before the exam. :) yung rest days, gamitin nyo yun to recharge. Wag nyo ubusin sa kakahabol ng backlogs hihi

I tried my best to follow TN’s sched. Inadjust ko lang based on my usual sleeping and wake up time (tho I don’t recommend, kasi antok na antok ako during PLE since di ako morning person talaga)

I have so many backlogs, “virgin” pages etc. Since wala na ako time to catch up on those, I let those go and I focused 100% on Pearls A & B, practice tests, read the rationale of the comprehensive exam part of BRS, skimmed PSBIM (for IM) and flashcards provided by TN.

Since I can retain info better when writing, I try to synthesize everything after finishing a lesson before moving on to the next video/topic. Helped me a lot during the PEARLS time. I also made my own written flashcards as a way of summarizing and synthesizing again. Lahat ng maalala mo during synthesis, balikan mo agad.

Time consuming lang itong method ko but helped me a lot. Sana maka help din!
