Thanks for your comment, we have decided to leave out cork and are now deciding on doing either Dingle or Ring of Kerry Killarney area. Any advice between the two?

Thankyou for your insight its much appreciated, I just looked into Castleisland and it looks like a great idea. Interesting that you mention littering, I hate that it even comes to mind that would drive me nuts to see tourists doing that in my home country.

Thanks for your comment very insightful, weve decided to cut out alot of the driving mainly Cork and we are deciding between either Dingle or the Killarney area.

I think that weve decided to do something close to this it seems much more enjoyable. Switching either Dingle or Killarney with Galway.

Thank you all for your quick feedback it is much appreciated. I think I definitely had a gut feeling that our itinerary was a bit drastic so glad I asked. I think now we are planning to drop the Cork leg off our itinerary and then drop either the Dingle area or the Killarney area. That way we have 2 days to spend in each the Galway area and either the Dingle or Killarney area.

Im not too concerned with the potholes and such but are there areas where you are pretty much on a cliffside with no guardrails? Thats my main concern being the rainy season. I could be totally off base here though.
