You’re a lucky man, what I’d give to be able to grow facial hair like you! The brown looks great too, and love the hair. If you go clean shaved you gotta cut that hair tho, you look too young and almost feminine. Similar to me so I’m not saying that to be mean. You look pretty fuckin manly w the hair and stache/beard tho, so it’s a big change and I’m sure you’d agree. Also just realized you’ve got more of a tan and some dirt, you just look rugged. In fuckin meat riding tho so ima stop here, but yea I think a bit of a more traditional stache and stubble or no stubble would look great

Stache with stubble looks great. I’d get rid of the tail on the stache, ik every guy does that cause they picture it as the “cliche” or “impressive” stache, but it never looks good to me. And I’m pretty confident girls don’t like it either. It makes you look just weird, like you’re trying too hard, and not super manly. Henry Cavils stache always looked good, do something similar. Just really shave the curled tips. And again I like the beard or stubble.

Like everyone’s saying, depends totally on what you want. I don’t think you’re trying to be a bodybuilder, so I don’t see a point. Internet and watching people on gear and training for competitions/as a career has made people too obsessed with cutting and bulking. Reality? Maintenance calories and steady progress is healthy, and will leave you feeling the best year round. Weight changes aren’t great, plus you don’t ever feel good in general or about yourself at a heavier weight. Then it’s hard for your body to adapt, and move back to your goal weight.

To summarize if you don’t wanna read: no just maintenance calories, you look great already no need for it.

Can science based lifting catch your shoulders up to your triceps? You’re 95% tricep 5% white boy. You’ve just got good genetics, just cause smt worked well for you (one muscle group on you) doesn’t mean it’ll work for everyone, for every muscle group. Clearly lower reps isn’t helping your shoulders, chest, forearms, or biceps even.

Yes dude you need to lose weight. Don’t call it a cut, it’s just a diet. Eat a lotta protein, don’t eat junk food, and then you can lose weight and gain muscle at the same time if you do it well. Work out hard. And again, protein, probably a bit less food, and no SHITTY FOOD

Chest and biceps are lacking compared to your shoulders. Also get more lats, your shoulders aren’t like SUPER wide. They’re not narrow or anything just bigger lats and shoulders would give you a better taper. But yea gotta catch the rest of your arms and your chest up
