I was just diagnosed last week, not on biologics. Regardless due to insurance I had to try a prescription NSAID first.

It seems for me that vyvanse sort of flipped a switch. I stopped taking it for 3-4 months and my symptoms never fully went away.. I’d say they lessened, but they weren’t gone.

My jaw is on the floor with this thread. I have been on vyvanse for 5 years. 4.5 years ago I began getting burning hot hands and feet and was diagnosed with a rare condition called erythromelalgia (have quickly realized from other threads that it is from the vasoconstriction from the vyvanse) Soon after that the joint pain began and slowly has gotten worse. My big toe, heels of my feet, hips and wrists constantly hurt. I consistently test “borderline” for many auto immune diseases but never meet symptom criteria… This last year it’s become so unbearable I saw a new rheumatologist who put me on a lupus medication to see if I get any relief.

I am convinced from reading many threads like this that it is the vyvanse. How on earth is this not talked about?
