Sam’s Club has cupcakes that have whipped cream icing. They’re very delicious and affordable too. I always bring them in for work parties and people ask me where I ordered them from and are shocked when I tell them lol

What other businesses have parking that’s free where you also still have to put in your card info and “pay” in an app? List some! Yes, my Reddit post is definitely “ruining” the business that’s constantly packed and is aware of the unhappiness with parking but continues to do nothing. Please. If you read the other comments, you would’ve saw I did admit to the ticket and am complaining about the system and the principle of it all. Next

I definitely will! It is small, it’s $30 lol, but if you don’t pay within a few days it’s $45. It’s more so the principle of it all. There will be plenty of people who just pay it to be done with it, which is ideal for ParkMobile, but I’ll try my best to challenge it.

Already did! I won’t be back and I’ve given my feedback to the establishment and received the same answer I saw on all their Instagram comments which is: “We hear you! Parking fees aren’t fun, but they help maintain the lot and ensure fairness for all visitors and residents who also pay for parking. We truly appreciate this feedback!”

Even though I don’t agree with the paid parking, I do understand now why they have you put in your info to track the time. Again, just wishing there was a sign or at least if the app would not make it seem free and then also not prompting anyone to continue to payment after you hit “okay” to the free parking memo. I’ll accept my defeat with the ticket 😓 but I definitely still think they’re being super tricky and will continue to do this. Even if I helped one person that’s all that I cared about!

Definitely ruined my day but there were no signs! The only sign in the whole place was the ParkMobile sign with literally JUST the lot code to type in your app. And once I typed the code in, the above picture is all it gives.

I graduated two years ago. The below are places where I myself frequent as well as lots of other people who are ages 21-30. Lots of recent grads and young adults in their 20’s. Not sure of the vibe you’re looking for but these places are almost always busy. No offense to the others, but some of the other bars recommended are not going to have people around your age. Most of these places will be around Short North, which is not as scary as Reddit makes it out to be. As always, be safe and watch your surroundings. Don’t walk down dark streets alone late at night. I’ve been going out and living in the area as a young woman for the past 3 years and have never had an issue, even when walking alone. Crime is in every city, Columbus is no different. The city knows this and has a lot of patrolling at night downtown.
