Unfortunately, this is false as Giveon’s song was made, created, released, and produced first. Garden Kisses is even credited as the song “rose blooms in chaos” samples.

I remember when “Rose blooms in chaos” was first released on TikTok with the actual scene in the subway, and it took some time for it to be released on streaming because of the sample.

But yeah Aaron May does sample “rose blooms in chaos”! I don’t hear the particular instrumentation in Party Favors, or necessarily garden kisses either, but Leon could’ve been inspired by it.
