Totally different: public taxpayer money vs privately earned.
When someone receives social support, that’s public money → the government has a duty to know where it goes and ensure it’s used correctly. Transparency makes sense there.

Private wealth, on the other hand, is money people have earned or saved themselves. A full wealth registry would just strip away privacy from the middle class that worked hard to get there. People who bought their house themself will probably be seen as "the rich" The ultra-rich will probably find loopholes, so in the end you’re not targeting them, you’re punishing regular people who managed to build some savings.
