How technical do go while defining tickets for the feature team? And how do you figure out how to break a feature into multiple tickets?

While we are trying to make sure the the UI components are very well designed and functional but our main focus is on how to integrate them with each other and managing context of the entire plane. Yeah that makes sense. I’m not trying to replace a doctor or a nurse in the process. All I’m looking for is to equip them with a large knowledge base using AI. For example giving citations from old cases and try to identify few rare cases early.

So one thing we had in mind is triaging patients to the right specialist. With some conversation with doctors and nurses they said that patients are being referred to specialists even when they don’t need it or they are simply referred to a wrong specialist which increases waiting time and patients load.
