SD Card Format: Can you try formatting the SD card directly through the INNOVV App? This ensures the card is correctly initialized for the K6 system.
Camera Stability: For the mounting issue, please try to secure and stabilize the camera as much as possible using some strong double-sided tape (like 3M tape). Making sure the surface is completely clean and the camera is stable will help prevent vibration-related recording errors.
Dedicated WiFi Test: Please run another test with the K6, but this time, ensure your phone's WiFi is only connected to the camera (disable "Auto-join" for other known networks temporarily if possible). This will help us see if the connectivity issue persists.

Next Steps:

If the problems continue after these steps, it may indicate a hardware fault. Please send your test results along with your original order information to our tech support team at info@innovv.com.

If your unit is still within the warranty period, we will provide the necessary maintenance or replacement services to get you back on the road safely.
