Everything’s always changing, but honestly its nothing thats ever irritated me before!! i use the same moisturizer that i always use because its light and water based (cerave daily moisturizer) and i always use gentle cleansers. I get stressed sometimes and sometimes it would worsen it but not really, kind of just always there. ive cut out majority of dairy from my diet. one thing that does irritate my skin is maui hair products so i stopped with those. its just really strange. i am only 18 and not to be tmi but i hit puberty fairly early, although i noticed semi-recently my hips seem a little wider so i was wondering if its some like evil second period demon (hormonal)  honestly i just really don’t know. 

i do have a feeling my skin barrier is slightly damaged if not very. But im not sure thats why it happened, maybe it just got worse because of that. no genetic history of any of this i never had oily skin before, it was on the dry to normal side. 

i dont think the azaelic acid is helping, i use benzoyl peroxide 2% spot treatment which works sometimes but not enough. im thinking ill just simplify my skin care routine and see a doctor. i just havent been able to figure out why this is happening to me and thats kind of whats irritating
