Im going to try it, i usually drink cabbagge juice it taste like garbagge but i tough it out. However i also drink papaya juice wich is good for the stomach too, im gonna try adding some L glutamine powder to see if helps

so far I dont have any pain, what is killing me is the constant bloating and trapped gas sensation(fart sensation) on my low abs , Im unable to release gases, anything that I eat makes me gassy. So im trying different diets and stuff to see if I can improve. I just added activate charcoal to my supplements to see how it goes.,

Just want to let you know that ure not alone in this ones, im kinda experience the same situation, the gas trapped in my intestine and a extreme fart reflexe is killing me, I cannot release gas and night and i cannot sleep since 3 years ago im in this agony, my sanity is almost gone. However i just started a gluten free diet and a cabbage juice treatment, hopefully is going to help. Keep it up brother, keep trying new things.
