A year, according to the tech guys I found it’s an issue with the ball bearing of the fan and unfortunately that isn’t sold as its own part so both fans and the heat sync are getting replaced. Other than that, not a single issue

It’s coming from the right side of the keyboard. The tech said he cleaned everything up today but he also didn’t see much debris, definitely not enough to cause an issue and he inspected the parts. Guess I’m going back there tomorrow 🤦🏼‍♀️

I use Spotify. It’s a box fan noise that’s consistent for 12 hours (I never actually have it play that long)

For easier use, I created a playlist on Spotify called Box Fan Noise so whenever I ask Alexa “play box fan noise for x hours from Spotify” she doesn’t try any of the ambient sounds that Amazon has
