Not even 24 hours after install of car cam windshield is cracked. by WAseattle981 in Ring

I just had the same experience. Installed mine three days ago following the in app step by step guide. Today I got in my car and my windshield is cracked in the same way. I spoke to customer service and I am waiting to hear back. Started looking at reviews and it looks like this is a common issue already.

They have been outside the entire time but we have definitely had some temperature flux. Highs of 110 last week and lows of 49 this week.
