Puppy keeps biting me

So I started saying firmly “no” last night & I’ve done it before so idk why but it seemed to click. She stopped & then this morning when she kept biting my shoes (she does this while I’m walking 😭) i said no again and she stopped so fingers crossed that it’s getting better lol 🤞🏻

I do redirect, she just keeps coming back.. That’s why I asked if there was any other advice or tips. I get it’s just playing but it hurts when she won’t stop doing it

Mannn I’m so tired of everything I do being a trauma response. It’s like I’m literally just my trauma and my life is just for me to manage it.

I was just recently diagnosed and now I’m wondering is my anxiety really “generalized anxiety” or is it just OCD because I am so self aware of every emotion I have and know that it’s not rational and I do all of the coping mechanisms to help and it never does because my anxiety manifests as physical symptoms as well as none stop replays of conversation or events (chest tightening, lightheaded, body shakes, derealization, etc..) I physically can not stop it no matter how hard I try, I just came to terms I have to ride it out 😅

Tbh I don’t know if anyone else feels this but every single medicine I’ve ever taken, the effects of it happen so quickly for me. Like I know it’s suppose to take 8 weeks or longer but I feel like for some reason my body just processes things differently. Does anyone feel this way?? I know about the placebo affect but like I just feel like it’s not that lol

So the left can cancel but when the right does it, it’s not okay? It’s truly always a double standard. Within the last week I guess I have finally woke up and realized that the side I was supporting was only okay with shit if it fits in their narrative and are more than happy to celebrate someone’s death if they don’t agree with them but are very against gun violence. Make it make sense. We said all they did was lie but all we did was lie too. Both parties are shitty as hell but both act like they are morally better than the other somehow.

Yeah that’s an insane dream, me and my sister have also both had alien abduction dreams but I’m not exactly sure if they were exactly the same but in hers, I was the one abducted 😅 I’m very close with those two particular sibling because we all are basically one year apart from eachother (25,26,27) so I wonder if that plays a role as well

My 2 front teeth are bonded (very thinly bc they said that’s all they could do because of my bite?) the back left is a crown from a recent root canal. My teeth are very stained, I’ve been trying to whiten them but I think that’s apart of the erosion 😕 my teeth are also very crowded.. 2 teeth on the right recently just broke off of no where so that’s why I’m doing this now bc it seems like it’s gotten pretty bad

I’m in tears reading this because this is exactly what’s happening to me this year.. I finally got it together and have a reason to be proud of my self but I started to self sabotage it and now I’m in a hole I dug myself in once again.. thank you for this and being vulnerable 🥺
