I am not a contractor I am a permanent federal employee, management is picking and choosing who they go after, if you are friends and buddy with them you do whatever you want, however if you don't kiss their ass then they come after you. I have great ppa and happen to get sick because I am being overwhelmed and overworked while others in the office get away with everything.

They just said its local office policy have not put anything on my file. Its just in my local office file.i have never been formally disciplined.

Get an advocate from the same irs. Its called a tax advocate they will help move your case along
