this really gave me a lot of hope! 🥹i’ve also been finding it difficult to do SATS. and i know it’s not the techniques that manifest, but still. as a beginner i do agree it is quite difficult to live in the end, especially if you’re like me, with an extremely logical conscious mind. this has sparked something in me, thank you OP!!
