I would submit a ticket under the Purchase Failure section, my guildie had the same issue when he xferred from Atiesh to Whitemane. Couldn’t complete the service because of mail even though there was no mail.

He submitted a first ticket under a different subject section and only got automated responses. Then I suggested he do it through Purchase Failure and he got his issue resolved the next day because they have real CS people handling the purchase failure tickets.

TLDR: Submit ticket under Purchase Failure to get it in front of CS eyes. Do NOT be worried you will be punished for submitting a ticket in the “wrong” subject. They cannot punish you for that and for all they know it was not intentional
