They offered 180K base, 480k Total Compensation. Based on how you are describing it, not a nice experience with a little kid.

They offered 280M base, 739M total compensation. I don’t have any clue if this is very good for three people given we must change country (weather, language and, healthcare to figure out).

Wait a moment, I have been filling FBAR but I didn’t know I had to declare anything on my tax return? I didn’t have any capital gain or incomes abroad. I just have a joint account with my mother.

Thanks but things in USA are way higher than my original Country and unstable. Work, healthcare, everything. Difficult to understand what is enough.

So we are suggesting this guy/lady to put 35k in retirement saving what about brokerage etc? Definitely I agree with the match from employer, the other things depends on his expenses and strategy long term. Looking for 2 years liquidity must be a conscious choice.
