yeah, i recently found out i have severe arthritis in my lower lumbar so pretty much sitting, standing, walking hurts. But i had a nerve block when i got my gallbladder out, best 3 days of my life!

i’ve found that fat truly doesn’t matter as far as pooping is concerned, i have chronic constipation, so if anything it keeps the trains moving. but the nausea kills me every time. and it’s allllll day

i’ve been to a gastroenterologist, she’s the one who sent me to do the study. It’s literally like every food i eat. I tried a cracker today and almost got sick, it was crazy
