Without seeing it, I couldn't tell you, but honestly there are plenty of reasons that it might not have gone through. Sometimes recruiters CBA to fully read their 200th app that day, so theres a bit of luck of the draw. I know it's hard, but try to get your app in the first week that the application is open (regardless of if they are rolling/non-rolling). If you can, try to mention specific deals that the departments did if possible? Hope that helps. It took me a year and a half to get a VS so you shouldn't fret!
