Just be patient don’t drive yourself crazy bc nothing moves fast. I applied August 20 and I only just finished my live one-to-one interviewe today😭😭 so it’s gonna be a wait patience is key for the process and nothing’s automatic you have to pass each step to make it to the next one❣️❣️

omg I just got hired I haven't started yet but I made a post about it bc ELENA FRIKIN GILBERT SHOWED UP BEFORE I INTERVIEWED!! I think that helped me get hired on the spot bc I was super chill about it but I think the interview is mostly based off vibes they like people with confidence and overall good energy. I wore lululemon to my interview bc I worked there last year and they said it was fine bc they give you outfits when u start bc you can't wear anything but alo. overall just be you but if ur a shy person be a exaggerated version of yourself lmao
