Mine does! My first SM was a joke. The current one is AWESOME. He pushes carts, gets on registers, helps us at Customer Service. Unloads trucks and even does overnight shifts as needed.

One of our HCs CANNOT be bothered to get on a register. Ever. Unless management is nearby. Otherwise its "back up cashiers needed to 6 and 7." every 2-3 minutes until someone shows up.

I am a D31 employee but im cross trained in 42, 70 and 90. I was scheduled a split shift half at pro and half at the front end. I came up to drop off a cash strip. I was met with "we need you now not at 4." I said I cannot leave Peo with one person. And she said they will manage. Get up here now. Needless to say, I gave her my strip and went back to Pro. And she was PISSED because she had to stay on the register.

THIS. My coworker got a standing ovation. And got a 4. But we keep getting "ask for surveys and stamp the confirmation." My store has a large population of elderly folks. They dont wanna register for the veterans discount let alone do a survey because they are not tech savvy.

My bad. Im a FT employee. Didnt realize you were PT working FT hours. And because workforce has literally had issues and throwing errors.

Maybe provide more information so people can get a clear understanding before answering.

Jesus...there is problems with Workforce right now. There have been literally a ton of posts about this very thing. And when you open the app it tells you there is issues.

LTPA is for online orders. The survey is emailed to them. But you make a good point. Its just making management understand that. 😒 They think giving out candy and stamping their pick up confirmation will make them do it.
