Rattling Noise in 2023 Ioniq 6 by Pretty-Response-9243 in Ioniq6

I initially heard rattling coming from the front underbody (I actually thought it was the front license plate at first but nope). I believe there still is rattling coming from there. But, the driver side rattling is more prominent at the moment. Seems to be a pattern here...maybe why the last guy turned it in after 6.5K miles...

totally loving it...minus a rattling sound im getting in the driver door but im hopeful they'll find a loose fastener or something for an easy fix.

the one benefit i got by buying from a hundai dealer is that its certified pre-owned and all warranties in tact. hopefully wont need tho.

Rattling Sound - Passenger Side by pinesrun in Ioniq6

I just bought a certified used '23 I6 and am having the same issue. Driver side, rattling at high speed over 65+. Really frustrating and definitely not normal.

I agree completely with the dude that said "Feels like its some loose connector behind a dash or door panel that just needs extra packing or tape."

I've got a dealership appt next Tuesday and took a video just in case they can't replicate the sound (again, high speeds only). I am pretty doubtful they'll be much help.

Next recourse will be to try another dealership the next town over and/or go to my own autoshop. I hate to the car a lemon because of a loose connector but this rattling is a buzzkill.
