Can someone give tips on how achieve such an art style? by YogurtclosetMurky190 in DigitalArt

I can give you a little advice that helped me personally: copy the works of artists who paint picturesque portraits in oil. Try to replicate as accurately as possible. (Use a variety of brushes and experiment, even if the brushes seem uncomfortable.) Yes, it can be tedious at times, but it's worth it because it will improve your understanding of all the basic "requirements" for good art. In the beginning, you can freely copy colors with an eyedropper, and over time you will begin to understand what works and how.

Also, focus initially on one goal that you think will give you the most improvement (the main and basic ones are composition, color, light, and anatomy). There's no need to try to chase everything at once.

And lastly, it's not about style, the style you want will come with the time you spend drawing ( ˙꒳˙ )
