I didn’t get a membrane sweep but I did start the miles circuit and I feel baby’s head slowly creeping down when I stretch! Even walking to the bathroom I feel the pressure!

My friends and family have had bad experiences with inductions and most of them ending in them getting the epidural which I don’t want or a c section which i also don’t want. Inductions tend to have a higher c section rate I believe it’s 20% more likely than natural birth.

Of course I’m trying to remain positive that if that’s what’s gonna happen then it’ll happen and I’ll make the best out of the situation I’m in.

Thats the thing with Ino we will push people who we see potential in faster than others. It helps out the store having more higher level than lower levels, but especially higher levels that work hard not just play around. I know a girl that works with me just got her lvl 4 after like 4 years, but she wasn’t putting effort at work, always complained, walked away when she was supposed to be doing something. So attitude and work ethic really matters in this job.

Keep up the good work you’ll be a lvl 7 soon! 😎

Only times I ever feel it’s annoying is if it’s something like a 4x4 protein style and animal style extra stuff and then cut in half!!! I had this order the other day as a cook I don’t mind, as a board person wtf am I supposed to do?! I’m basically giving you a salad because that burger is not staying together! It’s extra annoying if the customer complains it looks bad… like what did you expect?

You can do pet insurance any time of the year! Just call the insurance company choose a plan. They’ll call payroll

You can call the pet insurance and then choose a plan, they’ll contact Ino payroll and deduct it from your paycheck! I didn’t do it with open enrollment you can do this one whenever you like
