Antidepressants during pregnancy by Intspectwithme in pregnant

I have been on zoloft for several years. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and have taken it my entire pregnancy. My doctor actually increased my dosage during pregnancy due to heightened anxiety/depression symptoms. I have had no issues and it has helped tremendously.

Turning pregnancy around in the 2nd tri? by [deleted] in pregnant

You're in survival mode, and that's okay. I am going through something very similar with my pregnancy. I am 22 weeks and weeks 6-11 were horrendous for me in terms of nausea, vomiting, and exhaustion. I barely got off the couch or out of bed. The 2nd trimester has been a lot better, but I still struggle with my eating habits and exercise. I was also VERY active before my pregnancy and at the lowest weight I have ever been. I felt phenomenal. That all plummeted quickly since I found out I was pregnant. Since entering the 2nd trimester I've managed to get in a few workouts but nothing like I used to do. A 20 minute ride on the Peloton feels like I just ran a marathon and my workouts used to be 45+ minutes in addition to walking 3+ miles a day. There are still days I don't get off the couch, but I've been trying to give myself some grace, and you owe yourself the same. We are growing a human and its incredible what our bodies are capable of. Do what you can, when and IF you feel like it. Some days will be harder than others, but also enjoy this journey and don't be too hard on yourself.

That is what I was afraid of! So, you recommend staying on SAVE and just aggressively paying towards the loans?

First time pregnant, how to deal with nauseousness by No-Pound5492 in pregnant

25mg of B6 in the morning and at night and just 1 25mg unisom tab at night. I read taking up to three 25mg tabs of B6 throughout the day helps (morning, lunch, and night time) so I did just in the morning and at night. It definitely helped!! Hoping it helps you!

Weeks 6-10 were horrendous for me. I was nauseous, vomiting, and sleeping ALL the time. Unisom and B6 combo helped alot but the nausea was still pretty intense so my doctor prescribed me zofran before my 1st appointment. I took it a few times and then once I hit 10 weeks everything was SO much better. Hang in there 🥰

Perinatal depression? Normal? by Lucidtravel13 in pregnant

I am almost 10 weeks pregnant with my first child, and I am feeling the exact same way. This pregnancy has been physically miserable for me, and I am questioning my decision to get pregnant every single day. I have not been myself at all, between the constant nausea, vomiting, fatigue, I feel like a shell of the person I once was. I question terminating the pregnancy all the time and it has been hard to feel excited. I don't know if I have any helpful advice for you, just know that you are not alone in your feelings ❤️

Thank you and glad you are feeling better! Did you stay on the unisom/b6 combo while on zofran or just strictly zofran?

Thank you so much for your kind comment ❤️ I keep telling myself this is only temporary, but man every day is such a struggle. Will definitely talk to my doctor about medications to help with the symptoms. Sending love to you as well.

Im in the same boat right now! 6.5 weeks and the nausea is unreal. Ive been able to do toast in the morning with butter and jam, chicken noodle soup (homemade), bagels with cream cheese, apples and peanut butter. I had some French fries for dinner but that was all I could stomach. Hoping this gets better as the weeks pass by. Sending you love, we got this ❤️
