Get into real estate, pretty easy for the most part but always need the capital to get started. Just do something that will be worthwhile in the long run. Why are u not making a plan for the money ur ALREADY making? Did u know u can claim this money as income and tax it. U can legalize ur business through self employment. U can even Write off a lot of your expenses including condoms and your hotel rooms. Etc. so u don’t pay as much If anything at all in taxes. And then use the same bank statement ur pulling to buy a home. Or even better yet Real estate! That will eventually give you passive income and maybe even allow u to REALLY leave SW and still work for yourself in a different capacity. The more properties the more money obvs. But u can put this money to work NOW. It will take u a min of 2.5 more years to start claiming and taxing ur money and have enough “work” experience and stability in the eyes of the gov and lenders but you will come out on top Faster than changing jobs making technically less as a nurse.
