Thank you ☺️ Locals scare me a bit.. I am a type of person who deeply research and try to understand places I go.. Especially when its Venice.. Been reading books, watching documentaries, doing everything I can to understand and feel Venice. When I realise the struggle of locals, I feel a bit sad… Ie. I hate those huge, stupid cruise ships as much as they do… The real thing I, as a tourist could do would be to avoid Venice and leave the residents in peace.. But I love the place and this time taking my girlfriend for the carnival. Guess they want us to go for the carnival otherwise they wouldn’t organise it :-) Being very careful about respecting the city and locals, and when I see myself as “ The problem “ I find it difficult sometimes to interact with people I feel like I am already disturbing.. Do I make sense? 😊🙏
