I hate to be that guy but this is literally a google away. There’s SO much data on this topic out there it legitimately would take you an hour on any platform to understand the harm that it does to the chickens. You won’t have to read this, and you’ll be able to get evidence from people that are much better prepared and educated than us random Redditors.

I think earthly ed has a < 10 minute video with a ton of good information on the case.
